I'm the proud founder of Eaves & Gables Mortgages and have 15 years of experience as an Independent Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

Before launching my own business, I worked in a variety of mortgage roles, including directly supporting the Director of Mortgages for one of the UK’s largest lenders. Over time, I’ve developed a deep understanding of not just how things work behind the scenes, but more importantly, how to guide clients through the mortgage process in a way that feels clear, calm, and manageable.

Today, I work with a wide range of clients and specialise particularly in supporting those with complex incomes.

Buying or refinancing a home is a big step, and it’s important every client – no matter their situation – feels comfortable and confident throughout. That’s why my approach is always the same: I keep things straightforward, explain everything in plain English, and am always there when a client needs me.

My aim is simple – to make every client’s mortgage journey as smooth and stress-free as possible, staying by their side as someone they can trust.

Starting out as a Personal Banking Manager with a well-known high street bank, I've been in financial services since 2007. Over the years, I’ve helped all kinds of clients and really enjoy making things as simple and easy as possible for them.

For the past two years, I’ve been working as a Mortgage Broker specialising in first-time buyers. I work very closely with my clients, explaining the whole process clearly and guiding them every step of the way – from first enquiry through to getting the keys.

I’ll never get bored of seeing my clients go from unsure and nervous to confident and excited about their new home. Knowing I’ve made a complicated process that bit easier for someone is a great feeling.

I work behind the scenes with both our clients and advisers, ensuring everything runs smoothly for everyone. My role is incredibly varied, covering everything from compliance and day-to-day operations to marketing and growth strategy.

A big part of what I do is simply making sure our clients are exceptionally well looked after. Whether that’s answering questions, keeping things ahead of deadlines, or stepping in when an adviser is unavailable, I’m here to ensure no one is left waiting and everything progresses as it should.

I’m a 9-year-old Chihuahua–Shih Tzu cross, and you’ll often spot me popping up on video calls or making an appearance in our photos. I take my role very seriously – mainly by following Nicola around and keeping a close eye on everything that’s going on.

I’m responsible for office morale, client smiles, and the occasional background cameo. While I don’t get involved in the paperwork (probably for the best!), I do like to make sure everyone feels welcome and at ease.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me supervising from a comfy spot or making sure Nicola doesn’t go anywhere without me.
